Operating cost reduction

Toshiba technology enables real world and dramatic reductions in operating costs. The APLEX4 module works in conjunction with the B-EX4 printers series, with options like the automatic ribbon saving and improved technologies that reduces by almost 70% the energy consumption in standby mode when compared to its predecessor. The dual motor ribbon drive removes wrinkles in the ribbon and so reduces paper and ribbon waste . These special features reduce the total operating costs while helping to preserve the environment.

Application flexibility

The Applicator can be set to apply labels from the top, bottom or sides and at any rotation angle required.
Flexible label sizes from 25 x 25 mm to 116 x 200 mm.
Easy adjustment of contact pressure levels for use with delicate products.

Emulation technology

Toshiba’s Z-mode and BCI technology enable Toshiba printers to seamlessly integrate to existing legacy systems or work with non-printer data flow without the need to modify your current host system. No need to change your software, just install the printer and start working. Get rid of the restrictions of proprietary systems, protect future investments and reduce your total cost of ownership.

Labelling in motion

1” Piston shaft with adjustable up/down speed.
Auto-sensing (labeling at different heights).

Security

Pressure sensor to prevent accidents.
Perimeter signal (instantaneous stop): prevents piston movement in case of access to the enclosed work area.
Pressure regulator limited to 6 bars.

The piston remains in the up position even if the air is closed.
