APLEX4

The Toshiba APLEX4 is designed to support all types of industrial environments, adapting easily to existing production lines .The module for the Toshiba EX Series industrial printers enables in-line operation with thermal transfer and direct thermal media. Available in resolutions of 200, 300 & 600 dpi, with ribbon lengths of up to 800 m and automatic ribbon save *

Plug & Play - Easy installation and configuration. The applicator comes standard with everything needed to
operate, tamp pad, air filter regulator, photocell, test button, to simplify the installation setting.

High performance, with production levels up to 30 labels per minute. Maximum operating time with ribbon of up to 800 m (even longer if ribbon save is available Graphic LCD with backlight for easy access to user information and settings.

Operating cost reduction

Toshiba ribbon save reduces the operating costsToshiba technology enables real world and dramatic reductions in operating costs. The APLEX4 module works in conjunction with the B-EX4 printers series, with options like the automatic ribbon saving and improved technologies that reduces by almost 70% the energy consumption in standby mode when compared to its predecessor. The dual motor ribbon drive removes wrinkles in the ribbon and so reduces paper and ribbon waste . These special features reduce the total operating costs while helping to preserve the environment.

Toshiba’s Z-mode and BCI technology enable Toshiba printers to seamlessly integrate to existing legacy systems or work with non-printer data flow without the need to modify your current host system. No need to change your software, just install the printer and start working. Get rid of the restrictions of proprietary systems, protect future investments and reduce your total cost of ownership.

Perimeter signal (instantaneous stop): prevents piston movement in case of access to the enclosed work area.
Pressure regulator limited to 6 bars.

The piston remains in the up position even if the air is closed.
